We strive to ease the pickup process for you in case of returns. In most of the cases we deliver the replacement while we do the pickup.
Replacement is subject to availability of the same product. In case a Replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same.
1. When we will not be able provide replacement
2. If client paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days (after deducting bank charges.)
3. In case of Refunds, the entire amount paid by you including shipping and gift wrapping charges are transferred to your account.
